This is the next level of study for the fitness industry profession. You need to be qualified, or have recently completed, the level 2 gym instructing qualification or equivalent. You will become a professional coach, able to work with individuals and small groups, designing advanced programmes that meet individual needs, in addition giving detailed guidance on nutrition and lifestyle.
