With qualifications ranging across the spectrum of the fitness sector, such as personal training, exercise referral, level 4 low back pain, strength and conditioning, sports massage therpay and more. Michael is both highly qualified and experienced as a specialist in the sector and as a teacher, assessor and quality assurer.

Degree and high level qualifications:

Michael holds a Bsc Hons in Psychology with further specialist training in neurology, biology and pathophysiologies. A fully qualified teacher holding the PGCE/CertEd higher education qualification in teaching, in addition to the assessors award and internal quality assurers qualification. For the fitness sector, Michael holds qualifications such as the personal training diploma, exercise referral, level 4 low back pain, strength and conditioning, sports massage therapy, circuit training, kettlebells, suspension trainers, studio spin, applied nutrition for athletes and many more.
