That’s why Fit Futures is designed to provide a solution that benefits both trainees and participating gyms.
How it works
For as little as £70 to £135 per month, your gym can welcome a dedicated member of staff enrolled in the Fit Futures program. These individuals are eager to learn and grow within your establishment, with the potential to become valuable assets to your team. Throughout their training, you’ll have the opportunity to mentor and shape them according to your gym’s standards.
One of the key benefits of the Fit Futures scheme is that participating gyms do not have to pay the trainee’s salary. Instead, the trainee will work in your gym, contributing to tasks and projects that benefit your business while offsetting the costs of their course fees. This unique structure ensures a mutually beneficial arrangement for both parties involved.
Furthermore, if the trainee does not meet your expectations upon completion of the program, you are under no obligation to hire them. This flexibility allows you to assess their suitability for your gym without any long-term commitment.

No more problematic PT's
Have you ever faced challenges in finding a personal trainer who aligns well with your gym’s ethos and goals? With Fit Futures, if the trainee doesn’t meet your criteria by the end of their course, you are not obligated to hire them.
NO PAYE
Due to the structure of the Fit Futures scheme, you wouldn’t have to pay the member of staff employed through the programme. Instead, you will receive someone who will work in your gym, completing tasks and jobs that will benefit your establishment. They will undertake these tasks in order to offset the costs of their course fees.
Quality Worker
Your company will welcome a high-level prospect, ready to be shaped into an ideal fit for your gym. Throughout the trainee’s course, you have the opportunity to mentor and develop them. At the course’s conclusion, the decision lies entirely with you whether to retain this dedicated member of staff, who comes at a rate of £70 to £135 PPM, as part of your team or allow them to explore alternative opportunities.
